XORP Version 1.3 Released

The XORP team announced the release of XORP version 1.3 on August 2nd. The new version has several new features, including the ability to build on Linux Fedora Core5, DraagonFlye BSD-1.4, and FeeBSD-6.1, implementation of IGMPv3 and MLDv2, and numerous bug fixes.
